Changed Your Mind? No Problem!
If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 14 days of receiving your item. Please ensure that the product is unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition. You’ll need to cover the return shipping costs and arrange the return on your end. Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund to the original payment method. Please allow 15-30 days for the refund to be completed. If you used a voucher code, we’ll issue you a new one.

Faulty Or Broken Item? We’ve Got You Covered
If your order arrives damaged or faulty, let us know right away by contacting wecare@omniscent.ae. We’ll arrange for the item to be returned and provide you with a prepaid return label. Once the item passes our Quality Control, we’ll issue a refund or send a replacement. Please allow 4-8 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
