At Azha Perfumes, we deeply appreciate every customer and aim to provide a seamless experience from purchase to delivery. Each product you find on azhaperfumes.com is carefully selected and packed with care by our team. We currently ship to over 50 countries worldwide, and we're excited to expand our reach even further. Order Status
After placing your order, you'll receive a confirmation email with all the important details, including your order number and a summary of your purchase.
Once your items are ready to go, we’ll pass them to our trusted delivery partner, and you’ll receive an email with your tracking number so you can follow the journey of your order. You can also track your package on our website at azhaperfumes.com/track-order.
Please bear in mind that order status updates may take up to 24 hours. If you've placed an order over the weekend or during public holidays, there might be a slight delay. But rest assured, we're on it!
Delivery Times
Delivery times are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order and commence from the date of shipping. Delivery times shown below are estimated; actual delivery times will depend on the shipping address and might be delayed by local customs' control procedures.

Cash on Delivery (COD) Charges
For our GCC customers, we offer the convenience of Cash on Delivery (COD). A small handling fee will apply:

- Saudi Arabia: 10 SAR
- Oman: 1 OMR
- Bahrain: 1 BHD
- Kuwait: 1 KWD
- Qatar: 15 QAR
Customs and Import Duties
Depending on your country’s customs regulations, there may be clearance fees or import duties that apply upon delivery. This is most common in countries like Saudi Arabia, Qatar, and others outside the Middle East. Please note that these charges are the responsibility of the customer.
